Anne is an accomplished physiotherapist from Brooklyn who relocated to Portland a couple of years ago, inheriting her parents’ large estate. She has Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and, while continuing to work part-time with her patients, also manages a substantial investment portfolio. Anne lives with her civil partner of 15 years and had a dedicated team of caregivers.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Domestic Couple to manage and maintain a large estate in Portland, Oregon, and to travel with the employer to her new residence in Kona, Hawaii. The ideal candidates will be trustworthy, professional, and capable of handling a variety of household and property management tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

*Household Management:*
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Portland estate and Kona residence.
- Perform cleaning, laundry, and general household maintenance.
- Prepare meals, including planning, shopping, and cooking, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Manage household inventories and supplies.

*Property Maintenance:*
- Ensure the upkeep of the estate, including gardening, landscaping, and minor repairs.
- Coordinate with external service providers for major repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Oversee the security of the properties, including alarm systems and safety protocols.

*Personal Assistance:*
- Assist with packing, unpacking, and organizing during travels between Portland and Kona.
- Provide support with personal errands, appointments, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Accompany and assist the employer during travel, ensuring comfort and safety.

*Pet Care:*
- no pets

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Domestic Couple or in a similar household management role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying schedules.
- Valid driver’s licenses and clean driving records.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
