I have various experience within both private households and offices. My most recent role was creating and managing a luxury ski product for a high end travel agency. This included designing the end to end product, contract negotiation, liaising with the marketing team to launch the final product and finally a very personal sales service to offer each client a tailor made ski holiday.
As Office Manager for a luxury chalet company in Switzerland my duties included general admin, concierge, staff management, quality control, chef budgets, petty cash management, and being the only french speaker in the company this extended to working with local contractors and creating long lasting in resort partnerships.
During the summer seasons I have worked very closely with Principals in private villas, from host and stewardess to management. I have always been very client facing and comfortable liaising with all levels of clientele and staff. I also manage summer rentals in a large villa in the South of France. This includes the marketing and bookings to hands on villa changeovers and guest relations.
