Over the past 15 years, I have worked closely with an ultra-high-net-worth principal / International CEO across Paris and London, most recently as Private Estate Manager. This role has given me full responsibility for multiple residences and associated assets, as well as direct management of household teams (12 staff members), suppliers, contractors and financial oversight in close coordination with the Family Office.
I am used to managing environments where expectations are high, discretion is essential, and priorities can shift quickly. I tend to approach situations in a calm and structured way, ensuring that operations run smoothly while anticipating issues before they become problems. Creating reliable systems, maintaining clear financial control and building strong, respectful relationships with staff and external partners are central to the way I work.
My experience covers property maintenance and renovations, security coordination, insurance and contracts management, art collection supervision, event organisation, and international travel logistics. I am comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement whenever needed.
What motivates me most in this type of role is creating a seamless environment for the principals and their family — where everything functions efficiently behind the scenes and service feels effortless.
