Used to working in private residences and high-end environments in France, Switzerland, the Caribbean and most recently in the Bahamas, we notably ensured the daily management of a private property. Our responsibilities included overall organisation, interior upkeep, coordination of service providers, logistics and service, all within a strictly confidential setting.
Long-term property care is also an integral part of our daily life. Two properties have been purchased, fully renovated and are now operated as rentals, which has allowed us to develop a very practical and pragmatic approach to maintenance, anticipation and long-term property care.
Overall organisation and property supervision are mainly handled by Antoine: coordination, logistics, driving duties and technical follow-up, with a high level of standards inherited from a background in classic and luxury automobiles, where precision and quality of execution are essential.
The interior of the house, comfort and quality of the living environment are under Manon’s responsibility. She ensures impeccable housekeeping, careful laundry and fabric care, daily household organisation and the preparation of simple, healthy and family-style meals. Very sensitive to harmony, nature and animals, she pays constant attention to the details that truly make a difference in a lived-in home.
The stability of our partnership is a key element: more than ten years of life and work together have allowed us to build a smooth, autonomous and reliable way of working, based on discretion, consistency and absolute respect for confidentiality.
