I completed my formal catering education in the UK in 1990, from there I have worked for some of the most prestigious yachts, private residences, events companies, and high-end ski operations. I am actively looking for my next challenge and to use my skills to create a great dining experience. I specialise in healthy, nutritional, and flavour packed food with Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Asian, and Mexican influences. My style of food is focused on flavour and fun, relaxed, convivial eating. I absolutely love to work closely with a passionate service team to create unforgettable themed meals for our guests. I can comfortably cater for low carb, low fat, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan. I am a qualified nutritional coach. My other skills include the organization of the entire kitchen flow, provisioning, logistics and coordination, accounting, creation of menus, as well as banquet and catering sized events. I am very reliable, dedicated, meticulously clean, and thrive on face to face interaction with guests.
