I am a classically trained chef with a background in Michelin-starred restaurants in the Netherlands and Belgium. My cooking is rooted in French technique with international influences, particularly Mediterranean and Asian flavors.
Over the years I have moved into the private sector, working in luxury villas, ski chalets, yachts, and UHNW households. I enjoy creating refined but relaxed dining experiences, from elegant dinners for guests to well-executed family-style meals, always adapted to the lifestyle and preferences of the household.
I am organized and comfortable managing the full kitchen operation, including provisioning, supplier relations, menu planning, and maintaining high hygiene standards. I am used to working in private homes and integrating smoothly into an established household team. I understand the importance of discretion, privacy, and respecting the rhythm of a private household.
My partner Nataliia works in private service as a butler and head housekeeper, and we enjoy supporting households together when required. We particularly enjoy working in the South of France, a region we know well with trusted suppliers and colleagues. Being based in France allows us to integrate easily and provide a smooth, discreet service for families and their guests.
