Throughout my career as a chef, I have gained key skills from learning in a wide variety of environments and cultures throughout my progression. I have started my own company successfully from scratch and have experience in managerial roles. I have also been fortunate to cook for some very high profile clients, celebrities and members of royal families.
I am enthusiastic, hard working and confident in the kitchen. I have great communication and organisational skills and work well in a team or individually. I enjoy producing a wide range of cuisines using the freshest of produce.
