I have been working as a Private Chef for the last 11 years for UHNW families, world leaders and a UN Ambassador. Before this I spent 2 years as an Executive Chef at Apple Inc. headquarters in Cupertino, CA. Prior to Apple I spent nearly 2 decades working in restaurants, including Michelin 1, 2, and 3 star kitchens. I also have experience working as the Head Chef onboard a 60m M/Y.
