I’m educated in the field of hospitality and tourism and have a Master's degree. My experience in the hospitality industry and as a personal assistant in different families is more than 10 years.
Hospitality and comfort, friendliness and ease of communication with people, the ability to provide service that exceeds the expectations of the client are my strengths. Also to my personal qualities I want to attribute the ability to quickly navigate in a situation, to solve non-standard tasks, to work with confidential information, organization, responsibility, multitasking, stress resistance, friendliness, friendliness.
During my employment with the family, I performed the following functions, namely:
- administrative support, organisation and management of staff, staff training;
- financial reporting;
- purchasing management, organising the delivery of goods worldwide;
- maintaining personal calendar, planning and scheduling appointments, medical care, business travel, travel arrangements and personal escort;
- organising leisure activities for family members, including children, shopping, helicopter rides, luxury yacht trips,
skiing;
- managing the maintenance of the Courchevel chalet and its belongings;
- reception of guests and organization of private events;
- assisting with private matters.
I note that I am well acquainted with the geography of the main cities of the Côte d'Azur and its fringes, as well as with the location and specifics of the main restaurants, bars, clubs, hotels, beaches; about the organisation of transfers; the location of pharmacies and hospitals, the post office for sending large shipments, all markets, shopping centres, construction stores, boutiques, airport, schools and kindergartens.
And also my knowledge of several foreign languages will help to organize smooth and better work in the family.
