My name is Gaëtan Renaud, and I am a professional butler and hospitality specialist with extensive experience in luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, and private service environments. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for excellence in service, attention to detail, and discretion, which are essential values in high-end hospitality and private butler service.
I began my career with a solid education in gastronomy and hospitality, earning a Professional Baccalaureate in Culinary Arts, followed by a specialization in Sommellerie. This foundation allowed me to build strong product knowledge, particularly in wines and fine dining. Over the years, I have worked in prestigious Michelin-starred establishments in France and abroad, including restaurants in Paris, Saint-Tropez, Corsica, England, and luxury resorts such as the Conrad Bora Bora Nui.
My professional journey has led me to hold positions ranging from Chef de Rang and Sommelier to Restaurant Director and Assistant Maître d’Hôtel. These roles strengthened my leadership skills, organizational abilities, and my capacity to manage teams while maintaining the highest service standards. I have also had the honor of working as an extra Maître d’Hôtel for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which required absolute professionalism and confidentiality.
Recently, I obtained a diploma as a Private Butler in Paris, allowing me to transition fully into bespoke private service. I currently work as a Butler and Maître d’Hôtel in a private chalet at the K2 Palace in Courchevel. Fluent in French and English, I am highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional, personalized experiences for guests and principals.
