Born in Parma, the heart of Italy’s renowned Food Valley, I grew up surrounded by the authentic flavors
of Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma. In 2018, I graduated from ALMA – The International
School of Italian Cuisine, founded by Gualtiero Marchesi.
My professional journey has taken me from Michelin-starred restaurants to traditional trattorias, where I
mastered a wide range of skills, from fresh pasta making to pastry and international cuisines, including
Asian influences.
Since 2022, I have been working at Villa la Cassinella on Como Lake, first as Sous Chef and currently as Head Chef,
overseeing every aspect of the guest dining experience—from breakfast to dinner. My mission is to
combine tradition and innovation while tailoring each menu to the client’s needs, ensuring a complete
and memorable culinary journey.
