service, and I have also participated in major events involving
the preparation of over 5, 000 portions. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively in both the cold kitchen
(gardemanger) and the hot kitchen, demonstrating versatility, efficiency, and a strong commitment to high-quality food preparation.
