Born and raised in Sicily, in the vibrant city of Catania, with the aromas of citrus groves and the sea breeze of
Taormina. I bring with me a deep-rooted passion for Mediterranean cuisine, hospitality, and the unique flavors of
my homeland, especially our love for citrus, blood red oranges that grow under the feet of Mount Etna, seafood,
and fine wine.

some of the most refined kitchens in the world.
I have had the privilege of working under Michelin-starred Chef Heinz Beck in Taormina, in the legendary Beau-
Rivage Palace in Lausanne and I currently refine my craft at Le Berceau des Sens, the Michelin-starred restaurant
of EHL Hospitality Business School in Switzerland, where we focus on modern French haute cuisine, blending
elegance with creativity.
Throughout my career, I have had the honor of contributing to prestigious events for luxury brands such as Louis
Vuitton, Audemars Piguet, and Chopard. These experiences have shaped my sense of discretion, professionalism,
and adaptability essential qualities for a private chef.
I am now seeking an opportunity where I can offer a bespoke dining experience, combining Sicilian warmth with
French finesse.
I have developed a deep understanding of haute cuisine, service excellence, and attention to detail.
My culinary style is inspired by the sea, the sun, and the aromas of Sicily.
