Having just finished a season as a sole chef on a private 46M sailing yacht I am currently looking for new opportunities as a private chef. In April I finished a successful season as a private chef in a luxury, exclusive ski chalet in Courchevel after having relocated to the south of France from an 8 year stay back in England and selling our family french bistro where I was Chef/ owner. Before that living in the Paris area for 20 years working/managing Hospitality, Events, Restaurants and Bars at Disneyland Paris, then as an Operations Director for The Groupe Flo Restaurant Company Paris. After the last 8 years as a chef restaurant owner my interest has veered towards private chef work, as we were often solicited to do various house events during our down time at the restaurant. Sourcing, developing, inventing all delivered with an eye to detail and a generous smile and fun but professional conversation all helps with the role. Bilingual and multi cultural with a wide and varied knowledge of worldwide foods, wines, spirits and cocktails. I have a carte de séjour and a full drivers licence.
