Born in Monaco and raised between England and France, I feel completely at home in the Principality and the world surrounding it. I speak four languages at native level (French, English, Italian, and Spanish) and have spent my life navigating different cultures, standards, and expectations with ease. I hold a degree in International Business Management from Munich Business School, where I developed the analytical rigour and structured thinking that underpin everything I do.
What I bring to a UHNW principal above all else is discretion, composure, and genuine understanding of the standards expected in a Monaco household. Since I was 17, I have independently managed a 22-unit real estate portfolio across Italy, the United States, and Nicaragua, handling financials, contractors, tenant relations, and multi-jurisdictional compliance entirely on my own. That experience shaped how I think: anticipate, organise, resolve quietly, and never let a problem become the principal's problem.
My professional background has always placed me at the centre of high-pressure, detail-driven environments: managing €18M in orders at Canadian Solar, coordinating multi-market expansion strategy at a luxury sports facility in Italy, and running front-of-house operations for an international clientele on the Côte d'Azur. I am someone people rely on when things need to be right, not just done.
I am a licensed driver, based immediately next to Monaco, and available to start right away. I am thoughtful, calm under pressure, and I understand instinctively what a seamless, high-standard environment looks and feels like, because it is the world I grew up in.
