I am a 47 year old British Gentleman who is very hard working, discreet, dedicated and loyal professional Estate Manager with over 15 years of experience in managing both single and multiple properties around the world, ranging from Health & Fitness clubs, Luxury Alpine Chalets and Hotels, Private Villa residences, private residential City properties, fine estates and a private Chateau.
I am very experienced in recruiting, training and managing staff teams from 4 to 500(including all domestic areas, Security, Engineering and Maintenance, Chefs, PA’s, Gardeners, Operations, Office Managers, Boat and Aviation). Also very experienced in Vendor management, inventory control and purchasing, budgeting, multiple property management covering both interiors and exteriors, renovations and project management, setting up SOPs and creating manuals, event planning and management, guest relations and personal assistance.
I am seeking a position as an Estate Manager/Multiple Property Manager or Large single Household Manager.
My recent positions include House Manager/Estate Manager/Chateau Manager and Operations Manager in France, Ireland, US, Switzerland and Austria.
I am currently based in the French Alps but very happy to relocate with my family, wife and two children, for the perfect role. Private Island, Caribbean roles would also be welcomed.
