I am a dedicated and experienced Executive Chef with a capability of thinking out of the box and working under pressure. With a working experience of more than eight years as an Executive Chef and more than 20 years of cooking experience in several first-class hotels and restaurants, I have gained certain specific skills and knowledge making me a highly experienced Executive Chef.
Creating new recipes and have an excellent and elaborate knowledge. I have a good experience of cooking with a large number of chefs and supervise and coordinate with chefs of all ages and nationalities. Work should be done with patience to bring forth that touch of excellence in each member of the operation.
In Shanghai, we gained several awards. 2015 & 2016 best Food from Chinas Beef & Burgundy Club. Since 2014 I am part of the Dining City Elite Chef’s in Shanghai and nominated Top Ten Restaurants in Shanghai from Dining City Elite, competing restaurants are all with Michelin Star recognition.
Threw my years as Hotel Operations Manager in one of the leading and in international interior design magazines well bespoken Boutique Hotel, with 12 rooms and one suite in the south of France I have been responsible for the entire Hotel rundown and its various departments. Reporting weekly and monthly to the owner board in London. Setting up new Goals and Objectives
to point the Hotel and its various departments for every new season in the right direction to optimize customer relations and sales.
One of my strongest goals is that I can read customers and their wishes and establish a good relationship which is the most important sales point for a business as the best marketing is word of mouth. Every well served guest brings several new guests.
