"Madame", 44 years old and originally from Ireland married to "Monsieur" 41 years old and a French native.
We have been working together as a team since we met 18 years ago, firstly through our passion for Racehorses taking responsibility of valuable animals and Stud farms for HNW employers.
"Madame" other passion for food and cooking combined with "Monsieur" knowledge in building and property brought us to a change of career as a domestic couple.
Since the last 8 years we have been employed by a HNW coupe for their large luxury estate on a small Island as a Chef/housekeeper and Property/House manager, where the attention to detail is second to none.
Our hardworking attitude, devotion and ability to multitask are key ingredients to this role, we are naturally good team leader with a happy going attitude but also remains very hands on and happy to “muck in” with very good organisational and prioritising skills. We take full responsibility for our place of work but also a lot of pride and commitment.
