Marlene - As a cook, responsible for the preparation of food from appetizers to desserts in accordance with the standard of the Lady of the house. Overseeing household staff making sure their performance to a high standard. . . . role of a secretary - reservation for lunch or dinner to their preferred restaurants, computer literate. Good knowledge of flower arrangements- Handling of household finances. . . . In the absence of the Boss during the winter months, I do the Housekeeping jobs. In their presence during the summer month of May and June I am the Cook and I hire helpers to clean and iron.
Romel - Overall security and surveillance of the property, General Maintenance and Bricolage, Monitoring and controlling of contractors on site, Driving and shopping when necessary, Requistion of Wine stocks and liquors of the Boss, Table service, General care of the garden, pool and cars of the owners.
