Looking after a American family of 4 and lunch for staff.
 Cooking high protein, macrobiotic, vegan and sugar free desserts.

Reason for leaving: role was for one year, hold very good relationship with the Client.

Private Chef: - London / St. Tropez / Las Angles (September 2013 – December 2014)

High profile young couple and their Daughter, Chelsea, London. The lady of the house was a vegan but do eat fish at times.

Formal Household, Duties:
 Cooking diet food, Low Carb, Low Fat, Liquid Diet etc as it changes mostly every week.
 Looking after the kitchen shopping and grocery.
 Stocking the house.
 Clean and maintain the kitchen.
 Making kids meal.
 Discuss the menu on every day basis.
 Liaison with the PA for dinner parties.
 Serving at the table at quite times, also training front staff for dinner parties.

Reason for Leaving: Employer gone to L A and was not sure when will they be coming to London back as they were planning to have baby.

Private Chef for Israeli Ambassador’s residence: (15th June 2013 - 15th Sep 2013) Holland Park

This is a wonderful job with a very beautiful family of 7. As a Chef I have to make sure for the family diet. A very discreet temporarily role to replace their Chef on maternity leave.

 Cooking Breakfast/Lunch and Dinner for family and guest, maintain Kocher diet.
 Cakes and canapés for events of up to 100 guest on occasions as well as dinner for up to 30 guests.
 Making list of shopping for ambassador’s wife, because of Kocher food, she herself does shopping.
 Preparing lunch box for young kids.
 Cakes, Pastries, Canapés, Sauces, salads, etc.
 Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and stock room.
 Discuss the menu and number of events with the Ambassador’s wife.

Reason for leaving: I was doing a cover to their chef on maternity leave.

Private Chef : (January 2012 – June 2013)

Nigerian Family (High Profile Family) Family of: Man and Wife, with 3 years daughter, and 2 twins of 1 year along with 5 more staff and Guest on occasions. Cooking mostly for the Lady Principal.

 Cooking for the Family and their Guest.
 Taking care of special diet requirements, vegetarian and raw diets.
 The principal of the house is on Gluten free diet.
 Travelling with the Principal to her other houses in France and Switzerland and making sure that everything for the family is available.
 To supervise and assist other staff when required.
 Shopping (nationally / internationally) and stock control for all household grocery and supplies.
 Organising dinners, lunches and events (or liaising with outside caterers)
 Arrange and supervise larger formal dinners.
 Discuss and agree menus with the Principals (and caterers if required).
 Greet guests and record any special diet requirements.
 Personal purchases and errands for the Principal’s Diets when travelling.
 Make recommendations for the Principal's final choice of wines for in-house occasions or as gifts.
 Unlock and lock up store room and taking record of the stock.
 Keeping record of petty-cash accounts.

Reason for leaving: Employer is no longer living in London house, employer moved to Nigeria.

Private Chef (March 2009 – December 2011)

My role with Mr. Ruparel and Family was a wonderful experience, very loving family with foodie mind. Indian man (vegetarian) and Swiss wife.

 Cooking for the family, organising formal/informal dinner parties.
 Looking after his son who is following Macrobiotic Diet which holds large amounts of grains and pulses.
 Cooking cakes and bakes for afternoon Tea.
 Making the purchase required for the household, maintaining the inventories and petty cash for household.
 Care of principal’s special diet requirements, as he was strictly vegetarian.
 Making arrangements for travelling, so that I can travel ahead and arrange the kitchen before the family arrive.
 Serving at the table and preparing the Dining area, for Principal and his guest.

Reason for leaving: Principal migrated to Thailand to his Son after his personal reasons.
