Après 25 ans en tant qu'Assistante Personnelle du CEO dans une multinationale, j'ai opté pour un statut d'indépendante - aide aux sociétés mais je reste très intéressée par un poste d'Assistante Personnelle dans une petite structure.

(various merges and rebranding from AEI, Danzas AEI, DHL Danzas Air and Ocean)

Started as Secretary in 1989
Became PA to the Managing Director Belgium and Luxembourg as of 1990
Promoted PA to the CEO Belgium & Luxembourg and Travel & Transportation Manager in 2000
PA to the CEO Benelux & France and Travel & Transportation Manager in 2009

• Proactively monitor the complex diary and the huge flow of emails of a high level CEO
• Filtering the incoming calls
• Follow up and action all his business related contacts but also those related to the various professional associations he was part of
• Organize local Management meetings as well as and inside the sub region (Belgium, France, The Netherlands & Luxembourg)
• Set up conference calls between the CEO and his team
• Management of the Travel Desk (tickets booking, hotel accommodations, etc. ) + keep track of the SLA’s with the related external suppliers
• Fleet Management of more than 85 company cars
• Management of the mobile phones, fuel cards, company credit cards
• Organization of the company events both internal (Xmas Party, Seniority Drink, Family Day, etc. ) and external (Customers Events, Opening, Brand Launch, Conference, Congresses, Seminar, Educational trip, etc. ) in Belgium and in the Sub Region
