I have 15 years experience as dedicated personal assistant to the Royal family in the Palais Princier de Monaco, and now work in the position of Assistant de Direction. I am highly efficient and resourceful, and work with utmost discretion. I maintain itineraries, organize private jet, heli and yachts, and accompany my employers on location to functions, and on foreign trips and assignments. I organize their lives.
I liaise and coordinate with the secretaries, security teams and colonels and anticipate my employer’s every need. I maintain good connections, and I nurture relationships carefully and respectfully. I arrange and oversee my employers’ events and receptions to the highest professional standard for example conferences, yacht receptions, and private dinners.
I have also in the past managed domestic staff teams (kitchen, gardeners, maintenance, cleaning) for the Royal Monaco estates. When accompanying my employers, I adapt to all situations, events and individuals; from attending dinner with Nelson Mandela to escorting my employer and his wife for cocktails with Lady Gaga. I keep the ambience calm and stress free for everyone, both in public and in private quarters; I’m very experienced in building rapport easily, and I work well under pressure.
