Live in Assistant housekeeper (Uccle)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning
-To ensure family area is well maintained (bedroom, bathroom, WC, dining room salon and office)
-Put clean towels in the bathroom
-Check/Refill toilet paper and other supplies
-Change garbage bag everyday
-Change bed linen every two (2) days
-Change pillowcase everyday
-Turn down set up the guests bedrooms before leaving
-Ensure to clean the tabac cabinet in the Salon and put water on the basins/tray with sponge regularly
-Put water in the flower pots in the Salon and in the Dining room everyday and change the water every three days
-Change the water of the flowers in offices and bathroom everyday
-Water the plants regularly according to instructions
-Mopping the floor
-Vacuum the floor
-Polish the parquet
Washing
-To ensure washing instructions has been followed
Ironing
-Bed linens
-Guests clothes
-Kitchen Towels
-Table linens
Service
-Set up table for breakfast and lunch for guests
-Serve lunch
If guest are away, to liaise with head housekeeper for other task to be done
WORKING HOURS
09h00 - Start
17h30 - Finish (Monday to Thursday)
16h30 – Finish (Friday)
13h00 - 13h30 Lunch break
MONTHLY SALARY
- 1800€ Net / monthly (Brut : 2944. 19) + food allowance 55, 81€/month
HOLIDAY/ANNUAL PAID HOLIDAY
- 20 days strictly
- If wishes to have more than 14 days in one go, must have approval/permission
- Annual Vacation to be approved
- Public holiday with pay.
- Extra hours will be recuperated during working week. Upon prior agreement.
*In case of unexpected circumstances arise, it has to be discussed with management and find a solution.
Start Date: 01 October 2017 (with one month trial ending 31 Oct*)
