For the past 8 years, I’ve been working as a private chef in Spain, creating personalized menus for luxury villas, families, and wellness retreats across Europe.

I’m also a certified nutritionist, pastry chef, and baker.
I have strong expertise in French and Italian cuisine and teach French culinary techniques in an online school.

My approach combines fine-dining experience with wellness philosophy — helping people restore energy, balance, and joy through food.
