Hello, My name is Anaïs, I worked as a full time nanny for the past 8 years, on rota schedule 24/7 and normal nanny position, sole and shared charge with parents and other nannies, I have been teaching my native French language to children at various different levels and ages. I am
comfortable working within fully staffed household. I have excellent communication skills which I
have developed throughout the years and enhanced working along nannies and household staff.
My approach to education is connection and focusing on emotional well being while simultaneously maintaining necessary limits and boundaries, and guiding them to learn how to maintain balance in life, through understanding of the self, self-awareness, self-care and self-control. I respect and strengthen their independence to build up their self esteem and increase their problem solving
skills. I encourage them to embrace their own uniqueness by guiding them in their self-acceptance journey.
I help them to understand and identify their own emotions and feelings to be able to follow their
Inner guidance as there are no better guidance. I make sure I create an emotional safe space for them. Emotional health is crucial, so I go to every effort to ensure that their emotional needs are met and that they have the tools to support themselves.
Children are naturally really curious, so to me it’s essential to offer them different choices of activities while also letting them bring their own ideas to the table.
I am mindful that while it’s great to enjoy original activities, it’s also important to introduce grounding activities to the kids, which help them to stay connected to themselves and to nature, and which have a lot of health benefits and bring inner balance. I previously occupied a position with extensive travel both in the U. S. and also worldwide, so no matter the location it’s always a pleasure to organise activities for the kids and helping to ensure your little ones enjoy their getaway.

this I always take secrecy and discretion very seriously when it comes to family.
