Ensuring all meals are nutritionally appropriate for the training done that day and the guest’s dietary requirements.
Conducting individual nutrition consultations.
Responsible for all aspects of chalet provision, cleaning and laundry.
Airport transfers.
Driving the support car out on rides when required.

Jun 16 - Apr 17 THE FOOD CHAIN - SERVICES MANAGER
Management of one full and one part time HIV specialist dietitian.
Keeping an overview of budgets associated with the food delivery service.
Taking an active role in development of the services and strategic aims of the charity.
Assisting the Kitchen Manager in maintenance of food safety and hygiene, ensuring volunteers working in the kitchen were compliant with policy at all times.
