I have a full training in hospitality management with a diploma from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne with experience in leading people and projects, building, restoring and maintaining properties. I can be the Ace in your sleeve if you need someone efficient, reliable, honest and trustworthy.
I am the 5th generation in a family of hospitality professionals from Alsace. I was raised by a French chef from Alsace whose mother was Italian. . . . I hope you get the picture!!!! I can not shout "Gastronomy!" any louder!
Fusion cuisine has become my own planet. With a French cuisine background, I have explored so many fields over the years. From basic family food to fascinating spice cuisine from around the world and notably from Goa India, to Asian style stir-fried or gorgeous Mediterranean cuisine. However in my quest of taste and as my dad taught me, I always keep the spirit of every traditional cuisine and seek to magnify it.
Taste is my thing like those who create perfumes with aromas. I aim to make your head spin with well balanced savours, aromas and harmonious and delicate meals, original sauces or dips, succulent and scrumptious snacks.
Whether you are into elaborate but down to earth cuisine or you like things done to your own taste, I will make sure whatever I cook will make you happy. It will be tailor made to your palate but made by my brain and my hands, in other words Haute Couture!
Eating is necessary for sure but it is surely not boring with me even in the simplest snacks.
I'll be able to teach you these things if you want as I have been a cooking instructor for 10 years!
