Throughout my professional experience (10+years working in various restaurants in Croatia and abroad), I learned how to organize myself and other cooks. I have found myself in various complex situations numerous times and have remained focused. I have experience as a head chef as well as a sous chef, alongside the experience in kitchen management, kitchen organization, cost management, menu writing and banquet management and organization. I like to travel and try the local foods (Italy, Austria, Thailand)… I have worked with a lot of renowned chefs and have had the opportunity to learn a lot from them. After finishing culinary highschool, I opted for a higher education because my interests and passions have always been linked to food.
