My expertise is harnessed through various senior roles, as Project/Property Manager, EA and Private PA residing in Family Offices as well as Private residence. For the past 8 years I worked 1:1 with clients from various backgrounds and nationalities, with their corporate and private portfolios, as well as property projects.
I continue to support clients remotely as well as in-office, as required with a wide range of tailored admin.
Amongst my responsibilities are:
▪ Diary scheduling of meetings, travel, private appointments, ad-hoc tasks
▪ Overseeing and managing refurbishments and maintenance projects
▪ Event Organising and coordinating
▪ Growing and coordinating a team of staff, including payroll, schedules and holidays
▪ Supervising, sourcing and coordinating a team of contractors, including builders, interior designers, architects and project managers
▪ Managing household finances, including invoices, bank accounts, and employee expenses
▪ Establishing and maintaining systems that help households run smoothly, including filing, inventories, contacts, manuals and invoicing
▪ Producing and continually updating a Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule for all properties/assets. This includes properties, cars, yachts, artwork, watches and jewellery and fur garments
▪ Ensuring all households and building insurance is up-to-date and documents are kept on file. Including fire extinguishers are serviced and staff has full awareness of First Aid in case of emergency
I have a worldly understanding of the needs of a busy Principal with a multi-faceted lifestyle, whom needs a focused dedicated and principled righthand person to ensure that both private and business life is successfully harmonised.
